Hi, welcome to my world of Yoga and Fitness with me Richard Rees. I am here to share with you the beneifits of a healthy lifestyle through the practice of Yoga and a wide selection of fitness programmes.
I have been practicing Yoga for sixteen years and gained my teaching diploma in 2008 with The British School Of Yoga (BSY) Group.
In September 2011 I took the ETM Course (Exercise To Music) with Fitness Wales to train to be a class fitness instructor, which i qualified for in early 2012.
